Declan Rice Set-pieces on corner kicks and set-plays were dangerous. Had room to move down the left flank but was in an offside position when the ball arrived in shooting positions. Awarded a merited rest around the 60-minute point. 6/10

Jude Bellingham Played in a high spot on the right and contributed with the hard yards. Demonstrated moments of class and dragged a shot high. Substituted towards the end for Rogers, a fellow player, following a yellow card. 7/10

The winger Was presented with England’s clearest opportunity in the opening period, his strike smartly stopped from the Albanian keeper. With a teammate staying deep, he had to provide width on the right yet his deliveries from wide areas were hit and miss. Substituted for the final quarter-hour. 6/10

The captain The difference-maker netting two more goals in an England shirt. His first a typical opportunist's goal and his next an excellent headed goal having drifted away away from the opposition. At 32, his form is unwavering and the side are strong contenders in future competitions with him up top. 8

Eberechi Eze Found it tough to influence play out wide. Had a decent opportunity when set up by the midfielder however Strakosha denied him. Rashford made much more of effect when substituted. 5/10
