The plot presents a "strangely attired woman named Ada" who tasks the characters with venturing into the Crystal Cave—a significant location from Attack on Titan—to liberate her friend from a hidden sect.

The adventure focuses on "bizarre experiments and a fearsome enemy" and is open to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.

The trailer showcases the Hidden Temple from Attack on Titan recreated as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was formerly where the Reiss royal family transmitted the Founding Titan ability through generations.
